It activates without driver input, crucial if the driver is unconscious. Linked to a cellphone, it works even in ridesharing situations, not just in the insured’s own vehicle.

Real-Time Roadside Assistance Updates: When requesting emergency roadside assistance for a breakdown, accident tow, fuel top-up, tire change, or battery recharge, clients can track the service provider on a map and view important information such as their photo, vehicle registration number, and contact number. Clients are also updated on how far the emergency assistance is from their location, providing peace of mind.
3. More Assistance: Clients can book callouts for plumbers, electricians, glaciers, or locksmiths. In addition, the App provides access to trauma counseling, emergency medical assistance at the client’s home, legal assistance, information on major entertainment events, and travel bookings.

They can complete a self-inspection via the app at their convenience, 24/7/365, without needing to make arrangements or spend time in traffic. The process is simple and straightforward.
6. Efficient Claims Submission: Clients can submit a claim at their convenience through the app. There's no need for long phone calls—just answer a few questions and submit the relevant photographs. Additionally, clients can speak to a claims consultant via the app after submitting a claim, eliminating the need for phone calls.
