Who is covered?

This policy covers you and your legal/traditional spouse plus up to four dependent children. If you get married after the commencement of your policy, the date of marriage will be noted as your spouse’s commencement date.

Provides unlimited telephonic advice on personal legal and labour matters from day one of you taking out the policy even if the matter happened before the start date of the policy.

With this benefit you’ll be entitled to unlimited informal mediation and assistance in matters that came up after the commencement date of your policy.
Mediation will take place on your behalf through written letters, telephonic calls, emails, and face-to-face consultations.
This benefit provides assistance up to the point where litigation is unavoidable.

Enjoy the services of registered tax practitioners as they’ll provide advice as well as assistance with tax returns and submissions.

This benefit provides cover when you are involved in any court proceedings in criminal, civil or labour matters where physical representation is needed.
The cover amount is limited to the benefit plan selected and has a waiting period.

What are my obligations?

You must:

Tell us if any of the details or declarations you have made are incorrect or if any of your details or declarations change.
Report any legal or labour matter to us within 31 days of you becoming aware.
Give us true and complete information. Any false information may lead to the cancellation of your policy, and you will be liable for all our legal costs incurred.

How do I claim or report a new case?
